A: We source our beans from Five Senses, a renowned provider of specialty coffee beans. This commitment to quality ensures that you not only learn on the best but also develop a refined palate for exceptional coffee.

Q: How large are the class sizes at Swan Lab?

A: To ensure personalized attention, our classes have a maximum of four participants. This small group setting allows our experienced trainer, Jimmy, to provide individualized guidance and support.

Q: Is there any accommodation for dietary restrictions during the courses?

A: We strive to accommodate dietary restrictions. Please inform us in advance, and we'll do our best to provide suitable alternatives during any tastings or events.

Q: Are there any job placement assistance services after completing the Job-Ready Barista Course?

A: While we don't provide direct job placement services, our course is designed to equip you with the skills and confidence needed to succeed in barista interviews and job applications. We also share industry insights and tips to enhance your employability. We are working in progress to build relationship with local cafes and hopefully in the near future, we will build a great connection between our students and local cafe owners.

Q: What happens if I miss a class or need to reschedule?

A: We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule a class, please inform us AT LEAST 48 HOURS before the class time, and we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.

Q: Can I purchase specialty beans from Five Senses directly through Swan Lab?

A: We can provide recommendations and guidance on where to purchase specialty beans, ensuring you continue to enjoy quality coffee at home. While we have enough stocks left, surely you can purchase from us too.
